Whether you choose burial or cremation, you can hold a funeral service to honor your loved one. We are happy to provide a traditional funeral or something completely unique. Many cultures and religions have special funeral traditions and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. This is a moment for you and your family and we are honored to help you in any way that we can.

There will be a Licensed Funeral Director who will guide the family through the entire process of making the necessary arrangements. We have our professional staff who will assist in all areas including:

The Bishop Lonnie E. Holloway Sr. Memorial Chapel

Our beautiful and peaceful chapel, is named in honor of Karen's father, and has the capacity to seat close to 175.  It is used to promote uplifting and warm fellowship with family and friends during the visitation/wake and/or the homegoing celebration service.  It can also be used by non-profit and community-based organizations for programs.  Opening our facility to the community will also help us reach our  vision to bridge gaps and connect the community together.

Personalized colored obituary programs are created and are include as part of our Compassion Packages.

A personalized memorial dvd will be shown during the visitation/wake hour and/or prior to the homegoing service.

With the number of cemeteries running out of available spaces, Smith-Holloway own and operate a cemetery right outside of Goldsboro in the Dudley area. We have several cemetery plots available to meet your burial needs.

This service offers emotional support to the bereaved after the funeral as a means of helping them adjust to their loss.

A notary will be available at regular office hours. However, please call and schedule an appointment with the on-site agent to discuss your burial and other insurance needs.
